Bournemouth - the loveliest sea resort :)

The symbol of Bournemouth - the pier with its pier theatre and funfair and 11 km of sandy beaches. The beach is really busy at a sunny weekend,

but not so crowded when the wind is so strong that you can't take a picture because you'll be afraid your camera will be blown away. And there were sandstorms.

I love the sea no matter what :)

The cliff.

Bournemouth gardens in bloom.

The Bournemouth Eye over the gardens.

Some views of Bournemouth from the Eye.

The cricket ground in Meyrick Park, a great place for reading a book.

Just a typical street - Wimborne Road in Winton.

Christchurch, the town just East of Bournemouth

Christchurch quay on a windy and cloudy day

A view towards Christchurch from Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve.

Some very expensive and very pretty beach houses.

Girls' geography field trip to Poole, West of Bournemouth. The idea was to find out about the different types of housing in the different regions of Poole.
