Kirjutaks seekord samast asjast, mis paljud teisedki. Mina sattusin selle kettkirjalaadse asjanduse peale Daki juures ja ei suutnud vastu panna kiusatusele ka ise lauseid lugema hakata.
Reeglid on sellised:
1. Haara kätte esimene ettejuhtuv raamat
2. Ava lehekülg 123
3. Leia viies lause leheküljel
4. Postita järgmised kolm lauset (5., 6. ja 7.) bloogi koos nende reeglitega.
5. Ära püüagi otsida välja mõnda “eriti lahedat” või “intellektuaalset” raamatut! Ma tean küll, mida sa mõtlesid. Haara lihtsalt raamat, mis on sulle lähim. Ei mingit petmist.
There was a bomb counting down somewhere that she was responsible for. And the director had nominated an art teacher to help them find a mythical fraternity of Satanists. Vittoria felt suddenly all alone.
Dan Brown "Angels and Demons"
Just just, pommid ja satanistid... Tõsiselt suurepärased laused.
Esimene ettejuhtuv raamat oli tegelikult Robert A. Georges ja Michael Owen Jones "Folkloristics: An Introduction", sest ma olin selle just Tartust tulles oma kotist välja kraaminud ja arvuti kõrvale mahutanud, aga 123. leheküljel oli seal ainult kasutatud kirjanduse loetelu :s
Ammu pole juba päeva sõna valinud. Sedakorda tuleb päeva väljend: FADE INTO OBSCURITY. Sellist tõlkemõttelendu lugesin ma nädalavahetusel ühest parandatavast testist (meelde oli tegelikult vaja jätta 'to go into decline', aga see pole ju pooltki nii poeetiline). Kuna tegemist oli teemaga Celebrities, kõlbavad siia otsa hästi ka järgmise laulu sõnad. Laul ise äratab vähemalt korraks üles ka esmaspäeval esimeses tunnis tukkujad :p
Lifestyles of The Rich & The Famous
Good Charlotte
Always see it on TV or read it in the magazines
Celebrities want sympathy
All they do is piss and moan inside the rolling stone
Talking about how hard life can be
I’d like to see them spend the week livin’ life out on the street
I don’t think they would survive
If they could spend a day or two walking in someone else’s shoes
I think they’d stumble and they’d fall
They would fall (fall)
Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
They’re always complaining, always complaining
If money is such a problem
Well they got mansions
Think we should rob them
Did you know when you were famous
You could kill your wife and there’s no such thing as
25 to life as long as you’ve got the cash to pay for Cochran
And did you know if you were caught and you were smoking crack
McDonald’s wouldn’t even want to take you back
You could always just run for mayor of D.C.
I’d like to see them spend the week livin’ life out on the street
I don’t think they would survive
If they could spend a day or two walking in someone else’s shoes
I think they’d stumble and they’d fall
They would fall (fall)
Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
They’re always complaining, always complaining
If money is such a problem
Well they got mansions
Think we should rob them
Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
They’re always complaining, always complaining
If money is such a problem
You got so many problems
Think I could solve them
Lifestyles of the rich and the famous
We’ll take your clothes, cash cards, and homes just stop complaining
